This coaching offering is designed for individuals or small groups who want to make meaningful progress on a specific goal, challenge, or area of focus. Rather than ongoing, open-ended coaching, this work is structured in defined cycles—creating space for clarity, action, and follow-through.

Each cycle combines reflection, goal-setting, and consistent support, helping participants move from intention to measurable progress in a way that is grounded in their own context and needs.

How does it work?

  • A structured coaching experience that brings together a small group of up to 5 individuals working toward their own goals in a shared, supportive environment.

    • Each participant identifies their own goal or focus area

    • Sessions include guided reflection, individual check-ins, and shared discussion

    • Participants benefit from hearing different perspectives and approaches

    • Built-in accountability supports consistency and follow-through

    Why group coaching

    • Creates a sense of shared momentum and support

    • Helps participants learn from others navigating similar challenges

    • Offers structure and accountability beyond individual effort

    Best suited for:

    • Individuals who want support but also value learning alongside others

    • People working on goals that benefit from a shared perspective and accountability

    • Small, intentionally formed groups (peers, colleagues, or curated cohorts)

    Format: Available fully online via Zoom or similar platform.

    In-person or hybrid may be available for 30 and 60-day cycles for groups in the Greater Boston Area.

  • Individual Coaching (1:1)

    One-on-one coaching tailored to your specific goals, context, and pace.

    How It Works

    • We begin by identifying a clear goal or area of focus

    • Each session combines reflection, planning, and focused conversation

    • Between sessions, you apply what you’ve identified in real time

    • Ongoing check-ins support accountability, adjustment, and follow-through

    Format: Available fully online via Zoom or similar platform. Late afternoon and evening appointments available.

Coaching Cycles

30-Day Cycle

  • Weekly 50 min sessions (up to 4 sessions)

  • Focus on clarity, initial action, and building momentum

  • Best for: getting unstuck, starting something new, or making progress on a clearly defined short-term goal

60-Day Cycle

  • Weekly 50 min sessions (up to 8 sessions)

  • Deeper exploration, adjustment, and sustained progress

  • Best for: developing consistency, working through challenges, and strengthening follow-through

90-Day Cycle

  • Weekly to Bi-weekly 60 min sessions (up to 10 sessions)

  • Extended support for more complex goals and longer-term change

  • Best for: navigating bigger transitions, layered goals, or areas that require time, reflection, and sustained effort
