Reground & Reset Series

A guided workshop that helps participants manage stress, regain focus, and practice simple strategies for everyday well-being.

Reground & Reset is designed as a flexible offering that can be adapted to different communities, settings, and needs. The core structure remains consistent across sessions. We combine reflection, practical techniques, and actionable next steps for managing stress, making decisions, gaining perspective, improving clarity, and supporting well-being in real time. Topics include: Managing Mental Overload, Resetting After Burnout, Sustainable Self-Care in High-Demand Roles

Each version is shaped to reflect the experiences, demands, and context of the group it serves.

Below are examples of how this series has been designed for different audiences.

  • A workshop designed to support members between workouts, helping them manage the stressors of daily life that can disrupt focus, energy, and consistency.

    • Strategies to refocus mentally and recommit to routines and goals

    • Breathing, grounding, and light movement to reset attention and reduce distraction

    • Practical tools participants can use before or after workouts to stay engaged

    Format: 60–75 minutes, small group. In-person.

  • A welcoming, accessible session that helps participants create focus, explore what they need next, and take meaningful steps forward.

    • Guided reflection supported by breathing, focused attention, and optional light movement

    • Strategies for reducing overwhelm and building clarity in times of transition or overwhelm

    • Space to reconnect with goals, direction, or a sense of next steps

    Format Options:

    One Time Short Single Session: A single 40 -60 minute workshop either in person or via Zoom. *Great for open groups or public events.

    Short Series: Cohorts can opt for specially designed short series with weekly 40 -60 minute sessions over 3 -4 weeks. Available in-person or fully synchronous online via Zoom or similar platform. *Great for closed teams, clubs, affinity groups, parent groups or social groups.

    Single Extended Session A one time intensive single session (2-3 hours). Available in-person or online via Zoom. *Great for closed teams, clubs, affinity groups or social groups.

  • A cohort-based experience designed to support reflection, restoration, and sustainable approaches to overall well-being.

    • Reflection on lived experiences, career and family demands, and competing pressures

    • Strategies for sustaining energy, focus, and personal well-being over time

    • Structured space for connection, shared insight, and collective support

    Format: Online, in person, or hybrid.

    Structure Options: Multi-session cohort (3 sessions, 45-60 min per session). Available in-person or online. Perfect for small groups .

    A single extended workshop (2 hours -1/2 day). Available In-person only.

  • Session(s) designed to support educators in Higher Ed or K-12 settings in managing the mental and emotional demands of their work, while creating space for clarity, reset, and renewed focus. Supports retention and sustainability.

    • Strategies for managing stress, decision fatigue, and constant demands

    • Simple techniques (breathing, grounding, light movement) to reset during the day

    • Reflection on what is needed to sustain energy, effectiveness, and balance.

    Format: 60–75 minutes, Perfect for staff/ teams, or Fall Kick off.

    Can be adapted to a Multi-session series (3 sessions, 45-60 min per session). Available in-person or online.

    A single extended workshop (2 hours -1/2 day). Available In-person only.
